2. Smooth out any surface irregularities by thoroughly sanding the floor. This essential step removes loose concrete and impurities, ensuring a flawless and pristine base for your flooring application, setting the stage for an impeccable finish.

3. Ensure the base remains completely dry, free from puddles and moisture. This is vital for the flawless application of our high-performance self-leveling cement, guaranteeing a durable and seamless surface.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, apply the innovative LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surface substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent. APPLICATION

1. Start by thoroughly cleansing the base layer with meticulous care, ensuring every particle of dust is banished. Choose a primer perfectly suited to your unique requirements. Once the primer seamlessly absorbs into the base and begins its drying journey, typically within 2 to 6 hours post-application, you can proceed with preparing your premium self-leveling solution.

2. Begin the preparation by pouring approximately 5 liters of pure, clear water into a suitable mixing vessel. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our elite self-leveling compound, mixing diligently to attain a silky-smooth, lump-free consistency. Once you achieve this perfection, immediately pour out the luxurious blend and apply with finesse. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to expertly control the desired thickness. Protect your freshly mixed creation from the severity of direct sunlight and strong winds.

3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, swiftly roll a defoaming roller across the surface. This essential step ensures the expulsion of any unwanted air bubbles formed during mixing. Note: For efficient application, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in transporting the self-leveling slurry.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It's crucial to maintain the construction environment's temperature within the comfortable range of 5°C to 30°C. Also, ensure the relative humidity is moderate, avoiding excessively high levels.

2. Rigorously adhere to the specified water ratio detailed in our comprehensive product manual. This accuracy is vital to prevent any performance deviations, ensuring neither excess nor insufficient water affects the self-leveling material's quality.

3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material swiftly within a 20-minute window. This precaution prevents premature solidification, keeping the material workable.

5. During the curing phase, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or water exposure, ensuring ideal conditions for a flawless finish.

TRANSPORTATION
