Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. Should the substrate surface show signs of looseness or significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Sand the substrate and conduct a thorough vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio between 1:1 and 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
