Our advanced PVC Flooring Adhesive is specifically designed for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. This adhesive is perfect for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. It meticulously seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.

This crucial function prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, greatly enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks and oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or has large areas of sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, apply multiple coats if necessary.

>> After curing, the substrate can be readily applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
