Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio between 1:1 and 1:2, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring full penetration and coverage.
>> For enhanced strength and reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for optimal results.
>> Once completely cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a beautifully finished surface.
