Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Begin by sweeping away dust and debris with a mop. If the floor surface is uneven, apply self-leveling materials to achieve a flawlessly smooth and pristine foundation.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Utilize a scraper brush to evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Allow a waiting period of 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet installation.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet ensuring it's flat and smooth. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller for a flawless finish.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The bonding strength of the carpet adhesive will be effective within 3 hours. To ensure maximum effectiveness, avoid walking or placing weight on the carpet for 12 hours. This process guarantees a durable hold without bubbling or deformation, ensuring the longevity of the installation.
