1. Begin by meticulously clearing the surface of any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Sand the uneven ground to elegantly eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a canvas that's perfectly primed for the next steps.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and devoid of any puddles, laying the groundwork for optimal performance.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance your preparation with the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. On non-absorbent surfaces, elevate your process with the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose the suitable primer to ensure optimal adhesion. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the preparatory steps for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a container, pour about 5 liters of pristine water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to maintain the precise thickness. Protect this freshly prepared mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure flawless results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound starts to set, gently roll a defoaming roller over the surface to remove any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can effectively transport the self-leveling slurry for seamless application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity is moderated to prevent any undesired effects on the application.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as indicated in the product manual. This precision is critical to preserve the performance integrity of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring the material remains in optimal condition for use.
4. Exercise caution during construction to avoid accidental splashes into eyes or onto skin, prioritizing safety at every step.
5. Throughout the curing period, protect the floor from heavy impacts or water exposure to maintain its impeccable finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool setting, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could compromise the packaging integrity.
