SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, accumulated dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from your surface. This crucial step ensures a pristine start to your project.
2. Proceed by sanding any uneven ground surfaces to eliminate loose concrete particles and impurities, paving the way for a smooth and flawless finish.
3. Ensure that the base is perfectly dry and devoid of any puddles. This step is vital for achieving optimal adhesion and a long-lasting surface.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is highly recommended to utilize our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin your project by meticulously cleansing the base layer. Following this, select an appropriate primer tailored to your needs. Once the primer has been absorbed and reaches a semi-dry state-typically within 2-6 hours post-application-proceed to lay the groundwork for self-leveling.
2. Initiate the mixing process by introducing approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending with a mixer until the mixture achieves a silky, lump-free texture. Distribute the perfectly blended material evenly across the surface, employing a specialized notched trowel to meticulously manage thickness. Shield the newly mixed material from the harshness of direct sunlight and potent winds for optimal results.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound commencing its setting phase, adeptly utilize a defoaming roller across the surface to seamlessly expel entrapped air bubbles. Note: For the conveyance of self-leveling slurry, a high-performance pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, and ensure that the relative humidity remains on the lower side.
2. Adhere strictly to the product manual's water-to-compound ratio to optimize the self-leveling material's performance. Deviating by adding excessive or insufficient water could compromise the material's efficacy.
3. Ensure that the expertly mixed self-leveling material is deployed within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, ensuring the mixture remains viable and effective.
4. Exercise caution and prioritize safety during the construction phase, avoiding any contact with eyes or skin to prevent potential hazards.
5. During the crucial curing period, safeguard the surface from the impact of heavy objects and prevent any potential water exposure.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in environments that are dry, well-ventilated, and cool, effectively shielding from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take measures to prevent collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
