K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface by removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings for a pristine base.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by a thorough vacuuming to eliminate residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and free from any puddles to prepare the perfect foundation.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work for a seamless application.
2. Start by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix using a mixer until the mixture is uniformly smooth and lump-free. Spread the blended material evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness expertly. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring to complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring long-lasting quality and reliability.
During transportation, it is crucial to prevent collisions and compression to maintain the integrity and prevent damage to the packaging.
