K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by meticulously removing oil stains, persistent dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Carefully grind any uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to clear loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of puddles to achieve optimal results.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is advisable to employ the LG660 Water-Based Absorbent Interface Treatment Agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent is recommended for optimal preparation.
The precise water-to-mortar ratio stands at 26%, ensuring the perfect blend for superior results.
1. Following a meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), you can commence the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually blend in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until the texture is uniformly smooth and without lumps. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to accurately control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Ensure the mixing and application process is completed within a timely window of 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, use a defoaming roller to gently roll over the surface to release any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
