Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of cracks or oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement and shot blasting is advised. Sand the substrate and meticulously vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied to meet your requirements.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be adorned with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
