Substrate Treatment

Guarantee the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or prone to substantial sand-shedding, this product may not be appropriate. Essential steps such as shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are required prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Carefully eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil residues from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring total penetration.

>> For added reinforcement, consider the application of multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
