3. Maintain a dry base that is completely free of puddles, ensuring optimal conditions for the application of the Self-Leveling Compound. This attention to detail guarantees a seamless and professional finish.
4. For an impeccable surface preparation, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent on absorbent substrates. For non-absorbent surface substrates, enhance adhesion and durability by using LG670 non-absorbent interface agent. APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select the ideal primer for your needs. Once the primer is absorbed and begins its drying phase (typically 2-6 hours post-application), you're ready to commence the preparatory steps for self-leveling.
2. Start by pouring about 5 liters of pristine water into a suitable container. Gently introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our exceptional self-leveling compound, stirring with a mixer until the blend is perfectly smooth, free of any lumps or inconsistencies. Carefully pour and evenly spread this expertly mixed material, using a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Ensure the freshly prepared mixture is shielded from harsh sunlight and vigorous winds.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to efficiently expel any trapped air bubbles. For an even more efficient process, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The construction ambiance should maintain a temperature range between 5°C and 30°C, while ensuring the relative humidity remains moderate and not excessively high.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. Deviating, whether by adding excess or insufficient water, may compromise the self-leveling material's superior performance.
3. It's crucial that the mixed self-leveling material is applied within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, which would render it unusable.
4. Exercise utmost caution during the application process to prevent any splashes of material from coming into contact with your eyes or skin.
5. Throughout the curing phase, ensure that the surface is not subjected to impacts from heavy objects or exposed to water infiltration.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, protecting from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which could compromise the integrity of the packaging.
