This innovative formulation effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

Our cutting-edge product prevents moisture from the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thus enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, shot blasting is necessary as this product cannot provide adequate reinforcement. Sand the surface and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, apply multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
