SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface. A spotless surface is crucial for the optimal performance of our self-leveling underlayment, ensuring a flawless finish.
2. Sand the uneven ground diligently to eradicate loose concrete and impurities. This step is vital for achieving the smooth surface your project demands, paving the way for perfect flooring results.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and completely free of puddles. A dry foundation is essential for the seamless application and longevity of our innovative underlayment product.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we recommend the application of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Meanwhile, for non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve an impeccable surface preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Prepare your base layer meticulously by ensuring it is thoroughly cleaned. Select the perfect primer tailored to your needs. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, which typically takes about 2-6 hours, you can embark on your self-leveling journey.
2. Begin by pouring around 5 liters of pristine, clean water into a mixing container. Then, gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the solution until you achieve a flawlessly smooth, lump-free consistency. Once perfected, pour the mixture and spread it evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to expertly control the thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from harsh sunlight and gusty winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound starts to set, employ a defoaming roller to gently roll across the surface, effectively eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Enhance your efficiency by using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry smoothly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain a construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C with ideally balanced relative humidity to ensure optimal results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio specified in the product manual to preserve the exceptional performance of the self-leveling material. Avoid deviations as they may compromise the end result.
3. Apply the meticulously mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification and ensure it is usable.
4. Be vigilant about safety during application to prevent the material from coming into contact with skin or eyes.
5. During the crucial curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and prevent water exposure for flawless results.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, keeping it shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, ensure careful handling to avoid collisions and compression, which could damage the packaging.
