Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily prone to sand-shedding, this product is not advisable. A thorough shot blasting and vacuuming are essential prerequisites before application.

Application Method

 

>> Meticulously remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption levels. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, guaranteeing complete penetration for best results.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to bolster the substrate strength.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with an array of options such as putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a smooth and resilient finish.
