Product introduction

Designed to reinforce and enhance cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding, aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous surfaces.

Prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby improving the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This effectively eliminates common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, and free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For loose substrates or large areas of sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
