SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings. Ensure a pristine start for optimal results.
2. Sand down uneven areas thoroughly to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, paving the way to a perfectly even surface.

3. Maintain a dry base, devoid of puddles, to support a smooth and enduring installation.
4. Optimize substrate readiness with precision: For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure impeccable treatment.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select a suitable primer for the surface. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry - a process that typically takes between 2-6 hours - you can proceed to prepare the surface for self-leveling.

2. Fill a container with approximately 5 liters of pristine water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, blending it seamlessly with a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour the mixture onto the surface and distribute it evenly using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Shield the freshly prepared material from direct sunlight and strong winds to preserve its quality.

3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles from the surface. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment maintains a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, with controlled relative humidity to optimize the material's performance.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as detailed in the product manual to maintain the material's integrity and performance. Deviations-whether excess or insufficient water-can compromise the self-leveling material.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling compound within 20 minutes of preparation to prevent hardening, ensuring usability and effective application.

4. Prioritize safety during application to prevent accidental contact of the material with eyes or skin, and take necessary protective measures.

5. During the curing phase, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water to maintain its integrity.

TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, protecting it from direct sunlight and moisture. Handle with care during transportation to prevent collisions and compression that could damage the packaging and compromise the product's quality.
