Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and completely free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Note: This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting to prepare such substrates. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate prior to application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean workspace.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption capacity. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring deep and complete penetration for maximum efficiency.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as needed.

>> Once the substrate has cured, it is ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, paving the way for superior finishing and durability in every project.
