Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, with no cracks or oil stains & free from chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product isn't suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting should be performed. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied as necessary.

>> Upon complete curing, the substrate can be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a flawless finish..
