The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a premium water-hardening inorganic composite, ingeniously crafted from top-tier raw materials in precise ratios. Its remarkable fluidity ensures swift and flawless leveling of indoor floors. This versatile compound is the ideal choice for pre-leveling before installing a variety of floor materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wood floors, offering unparalleled ease and efficiency.
Celebrated for its superior strength, minimal shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound creates a smooth and robust base for floor installations. It's perfect for a wide array of enduring substrates such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, providing a steadfast foundation for any flooring needs.
1. Boasting outstanding fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels surfaces.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity.
3. Lowers porosity while improving even absorption characteristics.
4. Quick-drying and early-setting properties allow for the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Its low shrinkage properties significantly reduce the risk of cracking during ground treatment.

The K50 compound can be applied in a single layer ranging from 2mm to 5mm thickness, offering flexibility in application to suit various project demands.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings by thoroughly cleaning it.
2. Grind any uneven areas to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to remove all loose materials and dust.
3. The base must be kept dry and free from puddles for optimal results.
4. Use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for absorbent substrates, and opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for non-absorbent substrates to ensure ideal preparation.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and performance.
1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Allow the primer to be absorbed and begin to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application) before commencing with self-leveling pre-work.
2. In a container, pour approximately 6 liters of clean water, slowly adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Pour the mixture out evenly using a notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Use a defoaming roller on the surface before the compound sets to expel trapped air. A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized for transporting the self-leveling slurry, facilitating a smooth and efficient application process.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, safeguarded from direct sunlight and humidity. The product remains viable for up to 6 months if kept sealed.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging and ensuring product quality.
