It's crucial that the substrate is solid, smooth, dry, devoid of cracks, and free from dust. For surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, we recommend pre-treatment with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to guard against debonding.
Installation Instructions
For seamless wood flooring installation, we recommend utilizing a B11 notched trowel specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesives. Ensure optimal performance by replacing the notched bar after every 100 square meters. The open time is contingent on the adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You'll know the adhesive is ready when it gracefully begins to form strings.
For wet bonding applications with SPC, WPC, or LVT flooring, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with the notched bar replaced every 100 square meters for the best results. Begin the flooring installation as the adhesive begins to form strings, guaranteeing effective adherence to the floor and transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners. This ensures the entire surface remains flat, free from dead spots, allowing complete bonding with the adhesive. Repeat the rolling process after 20 minutes.
