K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual coatings from the surface.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clean up any remaining dust and materials.
3. Ensure the base is kept dry and free from puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, employ the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal results.
Maintain a water to mortar ratio of 26% for ideal consistency.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. Commence self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application).
2. Begin by pouring about 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Pour and spread the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds; complete mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Use a defoaming roller on the surface before the compound sets to remove any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is ideal for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, airy, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, it maintains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, ensuring the integrity of the packaging.
