Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate's surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces without necessary preparation like shot blasting. Thoroughly sand and vacuum the substrate before application.

Application Method

 

>> Properly remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption levels. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough and complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate becomes ready for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a flawless finish.
