Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Thoroughly clean the floor to remove dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and clean surface. Begin with a clean slate by ensuring the base surface is spotless. For an even application, level the floor using self-leveling materials, creating the ideal foundation for quality installations.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Use a scraper brush to evenly spread the adhesive on the floor. Wait for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive turns from white to transparent before laying the carpet. Effortlessly apply the adhesive with a scraper brush. Allow the adhesive to transition to transparency, signifying it's ready for the next step.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it. Achieve a flawless finish by laying the carpet meticulously flat. Secure it with precision using a rubber mallet or pressure roller for unwavering stability.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure Allow the adhesive ample time to develop full bonding strength. Avoid any traffic for up to 12 hours to ensure maximum durability.
