This product excels when used on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. This advanced adhesive skillfully seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically minimizing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it efficiently boosts the bonding strength, guaranteeing robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the underlying foundation, and eradicates common problems such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. In case of loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are prerequisites before application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying additional coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
