Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit substantial sand shedding, this product is not suitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application for optimal results.

Application Method

>> Begin by removing any unstable, loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean canvas.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a uniform coat with a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to enhance the substrate’s integrity.

>> Once the substrate is cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a perfectly smooth and resilient finish.
