Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation with the use of a B11 notched trowel, a tool crafted specifically for wood flooring adhesive application. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. The open time is influenced by the amount of adhesive applied, climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for application once it starts forming strings, signaling its optimal state for use.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the recommended tool is a B1 notched trowel. Ensure the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters to guarantee precision. Commence installation when the adhesive forms strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the rear of the flooring. During the process, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and utilize a cork board to press edges and corners, achieving a uniform, seamless bond. Conduct a follow-up roll 20 minutes thereafter. For thorough instructions, adhere to Lan Guan's technical guidelines to ensure the utmost integrity of your flooring.
