Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & thoroughly dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is not recommended. Engage in shot blasting and complete vacuuming prior to application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Start by eliminating any unstable, loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a clean slate.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as needed for substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider multiple coat applications.

>> Once cured, the substrate presents a flawless surface that can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for optimal results.
