K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface to ensure a clean base.
2. Grind the surface to eliminate uneven areas, loose concrete, and debris, then vacuum to remove all loose materials and dust, ensuring a pristine surface.
3. Ensure the base remains dry, devoid of any puddles, for optimal adhesion.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, employ LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve perfect preparation.
Water to mortar ratio: Precisely 26% to achieve the ideal consistency and performance.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour around 6 liters of pristine water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Carefully distribute the mixed material, using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to meticulously expel any incorporated air. Note: Use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, keeping it away from direct sunlight and humid conditions. If sealed properly, the product has a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thus preventing damage to the packaging and ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
