K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil, stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to eliminate dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free from puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and use a mixer until a smooth, lump-free blend is achieved. Spread the mixture evenly using a notched trowel to control thickness, shielding the fresh material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete the mixing and application in under 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the compound setting, employ a defoaming roller to expel entrapped air from the surface. Note: A pump with a delivery rate of 20-40 liters per minute is suitable for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the compound boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging.
