Gypsum-based K30 self-leveling compound is meticulously crafted from special slurry, fine aggregates, and foreign brand polymer spray-dried powder resin, along with other environmentally friendly additives. It is a self-leveling foundation material with high fluidity and high plasticity.
Suitable for home renovation, primary leveling, underfloor heating backfill, and commercial office backfill.
1. High fluidity materials with superior leveling performance.
2. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, quick drying.
3. Good crack resistance, can freely control the thickness of construction.
4. Moisture-proof, resistant to degradation, can extend the service life of flooring.
5. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free, with no public hazards.

1. Remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface.
2. Sand the uneven ground to remove loose concrete and impurities.
3. Keep the base dry and free of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surface substrates, it is recommended to use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for treatment.
Water to mortar ratio: 41%-44%
1. After cleaning the base layer thoroughly, the appropriate primer should be selected. When the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after the primer application), start the self-leveling construction.
2. Pour about 10 liters of clear water into a container, then slowly add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and stir with a mixer until it is evenly mixed without lumps. Pour out the mixture, spread it evenly, and use a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. The well-mixed material should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.
3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface to expel any air that was mixed in. PS: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to transport the self-leveling slurry.
1. The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5°C and 30°C, and the relative humidity should not be too high.
2. Add water strictly according to the ratio specified in the product manual to avoid affecting the performance of the self-leveling material by adding too much or too little water.
3. The mixed self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes to prevent the material from solidifying and becoming unusable.
4. Pay attention to safety during construction to avoid splashing the material into the eyes or onto the skin.
5. During the curing period, avoid the ground being hit by heavy objects or soaked in water.
TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, protected from harsh sunlight to preserve its quality. During transportation, handle with the utmost care to avoid collisions and compressions that could compromise the integrity of the packaging.
