SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by thoroughly removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Expertly sand down any uneven ground to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth canvas for your flooring.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, ensuring the absence of any unwanted puddles to achieve an ideal surface condition.
4. For surfaces that are absorbent, we recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure a pristine surface. Select the appropriate primer for optimal adhesion. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, typically within 2-6 hours, you are ready to embark on the next stage of self-leveling preparation.
2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, blending it with a mixer until the mixture achieves a flawlessly smooth and lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to precisely control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds to preserve its quality.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, skillfully maneuver a defoaming roller over the surface to expel any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a seamless application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, while ensuring the relative humidity remains moderate for ideal application conditions.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviating from this ratio by adding excessive or insufficient water may compromise the self-leveling material's performance.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avert premature solidification, ensuring its continued usability and effectiveness.
4. Prioritize safety during the application process by taking precautions to prevent the material from contacting the eyes or skin.
5. During the vital curing period, ensure the surface remains unscathed by heavy impacts and protected from water exposure to preserve the integrity of the flooring.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, safely removed from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the packaging from potential damage.
