Substrate Treatment

Ensure a smooth substrate surface, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or severely sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Prior to application, shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are essential.

Application Method

>> Clear any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, modifying based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
