K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris; follow with thorough vacuuming to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is suggested to use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, the use of LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for effective treatment.
The precise water to mortar ratio is maintained at 26% for optimal results.
1. Following a thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and approaches dryness (typically 2-6 hours post-application), commence the preliminary work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until a uniformly smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Spread the mixed material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to maintain desired thickness. Protect the freshly mixed compound from direct sunlight and strong winds, as mixing and application should be completed within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller to traverse the surface, eliminating trapped air. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is suitable for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in environments that are dry, ventilated, and cool, ensuring protection from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed appropriately, the product maintains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transit, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the integrity of the packaging.
