Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily prone to sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. A comprehensive shot blasting and thorough vacuum cleaning are imperative before application.

Application Method

>> Ensure removal of any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for optimal application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or modify to suit substrate absorption levels. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for enhanced durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with a variety of finishing materials, including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement. Achieve flawless results with each application.
