Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the surface is loose or exhibits extensive areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. Instead, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum prior to application to ensure optimal results.
>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, making sure of complete penetration for optimal effectiveness.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed to achieve the desired level of structural integrity.
>> Once curing is complete, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a swift and seamless continuation of construction activities.
