Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, and free of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. Should the substrate surface be loose or show extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Sand the substrate and conduct a thorough vacuuming before application.
>> Carefully remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio between 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one even coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.
>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.
>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
