SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, persistent dust, any loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine start.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to effectively remove any loose concrete particles and lingering impurities, achieving a smooth foundation.
3. Maintain the base impeccably dry and devoid of puddles, setting the stage for optimal application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we highly recommend the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to achieve the best results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select an appropriate primer that aligns with your specific surface needs. Once the primer has been absorbed and is in the drying phase, typically within 2 to 6 hours post-application, you can commence pre-work for the self-leveling process. This ensures optimal adhesion and performance.
2. Start by pouring around 5 liters of clean, fresh water into your mixing container. Gradually add the 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. With a mechanical mixer, blend the mixture until it's consistently smooth and free of lumps. Then, pour the prepared mixture onto the surface and spread it evenly. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to manage and control the desired thickness. Shield the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its quality.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, roll the surface with a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump capable of delivering between 20 to 40 liters per minute may facilitate the distribution of the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment maintains a temperature range from 5°C to 30°C. The relative humidity should be controlled to prevent it from being excessively high, ensuring the material sets properly.
2. Adhere strictly to the water addition ratio as specified in the product manual. Deviating by adding either too much or too little water can compromise the performance and effectiveness of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material within 20 minutes of mixing to avoid it solidifying prematurely, rendering it unusable. Time management is crucial for optimal results.
4. Exercise caution during the application process to prevent the mixture from splashing into eyes or onto the skin. Safety should always be a priority.
5. During the curing phase, ensure the surface is protected from heavy impacts and avoid exposure to water, as these can interfere with the setting process.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to prevent collisions and compression, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the packaging and ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
