K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind down uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris; vacuum thoroughly to remove any remaining loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and free from any standing water.
4. For absorbent substrates, use LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, employ LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for effective treatment.
Achieve the perfect mix with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. After the base layer is meticulously cleaned, select the suitable primer. Once absorbed and drying begins (around 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring about 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, mixing thoroughly until the blend is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Pour and spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to roll over the surface, expelling any mixed-in air. Note: Employ a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for efficient slurry transportation.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, safeguarding from direct sunlight and moist environments. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preventing any damage to the packaging.
