SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Proceed to sand the uneven ground systematically, effectively removing any loose concrete and impurities to achieve a flawless substrate.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and entirely free of puddles, creating an optimal environment for application.
4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, while for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it's pristine. Choose the ideal primer for your specific needs. Once the primer has permeated the base and starts to dry (typically within 2-6 hours), it's time to commence the self-leveling preparation.
2. In a container, pour approximately 5 liters of pure, clean water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our Premium Self-Leveling Compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until you achieve a consistently smooth, lump-free mixture. Spread this premium blend evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to expertly control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound begins to set, gently roll a defoaming roller across the surface to release any entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is ideal for transporting the self-leveling slurry smoothly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment maintains a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, with controlled humidity levels to achieve the best outcomes.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio detailed in the product manual. This precise balance is crucial for maintaining the exceptional performance of the self-leveling material. Avoid deviations, as they may compromise quality.
3. The perfectly mixed self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes. Delay beyond this period may result in solidification, rendering the material unusable.
4. Prioritize safety measures during application. Take precautions to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or onto skin, ensuring a safe working environment.
5. During the critical curing period, ensure the surface is shielded from impacts and remains dry, preventing heavy objects from striking the ground or exposure to moisture.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a location that is dry, ventilated, and cool. Keep the product away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thus preserving the integrity of the packaging.
