K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings to achieve optimal results.
2. Grind any uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eliminate any residual materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring no puddles are present for ideal application conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
The recommended water-to-mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring optimal performance and consistency.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Begin self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, approximately 2-6 hours after application.
2. Add approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container and gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, mixing until uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller to remove entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. A sealed product offers a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity and reliability.
During transportation, exercise care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the integrity of the packaging.
