SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, or old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to effectively remove any loose concrete and impurities, achieving a smooth and even foundation.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and devoid of any puddles for optimal results.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to properly prepare the surface.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Select an appropriate primer and apply it to the surface. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, typically within 2 to 6 hours, you can proceed to prepare for the application of the self-leveling compound.
2. In a mixing container, combine approximately 5 liters of clean water with a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the mixture evenly across the surface while employing a specialized notched trowel to achieve the desired thickness. Take care to shield the freshly applied material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure a perfect finish.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, it is crucial to use a defoaming roller. This will help eliminate any trapped air bubbles and ensure a flawless surface. Note: A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can be employed to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain a construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C, with relative humidity kept at an optimal level for the best results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water addition guidelines specified in the product manual. This ensures the self-leveling material performs at its best, avoiding any issue caused by incorrect water ratios.
3. Use the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes of preparation to prevent it from solidifying, which would render it unusable.
4. Prioritize safety during the application process by taking precautions to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or coming into contact with the skin.
5. Protect the curing surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid any water exposure to maintain the integrity of the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, ensuring it is kept away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could compromise the packaging's integrity.
