Technical Guidance
Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Ensure a pristine floor by thoroughly removing dust and debris with a mop. For uneven floors, use self-leveling materials to create a flawless, smooth surface.

Step 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Utilize a scraper brush to evenly distribute the adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, indicating readiness for carpet laying.

Step 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Lay the carpet flat and smooth. Apply consistent pressure and use a rubber mallet or a pressure roller for an impeccable finish.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the adhesive to develop its full bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a robust and durable installation.
