Installation Instructions
To achieve a flawless wood flooring installation, the B11 notched trowel, which is specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive application, is highly recommended. Consistent application is assured by replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters. Customize the open time by evaluating the adhesive volume, climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for effective use when it starts to form strings, ensuring peak bonding efficiency.
When engaging in the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, or LVT floors, the B1 notched trowel is recommended, with a mandatory replacement of the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistency. Begin the flooring installation as soon as the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring optimal adhesion and seamless transfer to the underside of the flooring. During installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller and utilize a cork board to press down edges and corners, achieving a perfectly flat adherence without any voids. This ensures a complete bond between the floor and adhesive. Reinforce the bond by rolling again 20 minutes later.
