Installation Instructions
Achieve a flawless and impeccable wood flooring installation by using a B11 notched trowel, thoughtfully engineered for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for optimal performance. The open time is influenced by adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready for action when it starts to form strings, indicating the perfect moment for application.
For seamless wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, it is recommended to utilize a B1 notched trowel. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Begin installation when the adhesive forms strings, ensuring superb transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a consistent, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidance, follow Lan Guan's technical instructions to secure the integrity of your flooring flawlessly.
