Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, necessitating shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

>> Meticulously remove all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary based on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush for comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying additional coats for enhanced sturdiness.

>> Once thoroughly cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for a flawless finish.
