SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously clearing the surface of any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Sand the uneven ground thoroughly to eliminate any loose concrete and impurities, achieving a smooth and flawless surface.
3. Ensure that the base remains completely dry and free of any puddles, providing an optimal environment for the next steps.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Alternatively, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the preferred choice for effective treatment.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: For optimal results and superior performance, maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 40% to 43%, ensuring a smooth, flawless finish and enhanced durability for your projects.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your construction project by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Select an appropriate primer for your surface needs. Once the primer is absorbed by the base layer and starts drying, which typically takes around 2-6 hours post-application, you are ready to commence the self-leveling process.

2. Start by pouring approximately 8 liters of clear water into a container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, ensuring to mix thoroughly with a mixer until a consistent, lump-free mixture is achieved. Proceed by pouring out this expertly blended mixture, spreading it uniformly across the surface. Employ a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Be sure to keep the well-prepared material shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain optimal quality.

3. Just before the self-leveling compound starts setting, employ a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, effectively removing any entrapped air bubbles. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity ranging between 20-40 liters per minute.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. To ensure optimal results, maintain the construction environment temperature meticulously between 5°C and 30°C. Moreover, ensure the relative humidity is kept at a moderate level to enhance the efficacy and quality of the self-leveling cement.

2. Adhere stringently to the specified water ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precision is crucial, as deviations by adding either excessive or insufficient water may compromise the superior performance and characteristics of the self-leveling material.
3. For seamless application, the mixed self-leveling material must be utilized within a 20-minute timeframe. This precautionary measure is essential to prevent premature solidification, ensuring the material remains in its optimal, usable state.

4. Always prioritize safety during the construction process. Protect yourself by ensuring the material does not accidentally splash into eyes or onto skin, thereby maintaining a safe working environment.

5. During the critical curing period, exercise caution to prevent the ground from being subjected to heavy impacts or coming into contact with water, thereby preserving the integrity of the newly applied surface.

TRANSPORTATION
For best preservation, store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, shielding it from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preventing any damage to the packaging and ensuring the product's quality remains intact.
