Introducing the K50 commercial self-leveling compound, a pinnacle of high-performance, water-hardening inorganic materials. Engineered with premium raw materials and precision-formulated for exceptional fluidity, this compound ensures precise leveling for indoor floors with remarkable speed. It's your go-to solution for pre-leveling prior to the installation of a wide array of floor coverings, such as plastic flooring, sheets, tiles, and wooden floors, offering unmatched efficiency and reliability.
Celebrated for its outstanding strength, negligible shrinkage, and unparalleled adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound lays a flawless, robust foundation ideal for floor installations. Perfectly compatible with solid substrates like concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, it guarantees a seamless and enduring finish.
1. Delivers extraordinary fluidity that seamlessly smoothens and levels the ground with ease.
2. Dramatically boosts the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity, ensuring a superior base.
3. Effectively reduces porosity, enhancing uniform absorption for a consistent finish.
4. Offers swift drying and early setting capabilities, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Exhibits low shrinkage properties, protecting against cracking during ground preparation for a flawless outcome.

The K50 self-leveling compound can be effortlessly applied at a precise thickness of 2mm to 5mm in just one go, ensuring a smooth, even surface.
1. Thoroughly remove all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface for optimal preparation.
2. Address uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to eliminate residual materials and dust, ensuring a pristine base.
3. Ensure the base remains completely dry and free from puddles to prevent any interference with the leveling process.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment, ensuring perfect adhesion.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and consistency.
1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with self-leveling pre-work to ensure a flawless start.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Spread evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, protecting the mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete the mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry, ensuring a seamless application process.
