THICKNESS

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Thoroughly eliminate any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine and ready foundation.
2. Smooth out any uneven sections of the ground by sanding to effectively remove loose concrete and lingering impurities.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, ensuring it is completely free from any puddles to prevent future complications.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is advisable to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for optimal adhesion; for non-absorbent surface substrates, the utilization of the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is strongly recommended for superior treatment results.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: 40%-43%

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure no debris or contaminants remain. Then, precisely select the most suitable primer. Once the primer is thoroughly absorbed by the base layer and exhibits initial drying characteristics (typically within 2-6 hours post-application), seamlessly transition into the self-leveling construction phase.

2. Initiate the process by pouring approximately 8 liters of crystal-clear water into a large container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Engage a powerful mixer to achieve a perfectly consistent, lump-free mixture. Once prepared, pour the mixture and distribute it flawlessly using a specialized notched trowel to ensure precise thickness control. Safeguard the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and fierce winds to preserve its integrity.

3. Time is of the essence; before the self-leveling compound commences its setting phase, employ a high-quality defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, ensuring any entrapped air bubbles are efficiently expelled. Note: For optimal results, a pump boasting a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed to transport the self-leveling slurry effortlessly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment maintains a temperature delicately balanced between 5°C and 30°C, while keeping the relative humidity in check to optimize performance.

2. Adhere strictly to the water ratios as delineated in the product manual, ensuring that the delicate balance of the self-leveling material is preserved without compromise.
3. Swiftly apply the meticulously mixed self-leveling material within the crucial 20-minute window to maintain its usability and prevent premature solidification.

4. Prioritize safety during application to prevent the material from inadvertently coming into contact with eyes or skin, ensuring a secure working environment.

5. During the vital curing phase, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects or water exposure to maintain the integrity of the finished product.

TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a pristine, dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, far from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to prevent collisions or compression that could compromise the packaging integrity.
