Product introduction

This versatile adhesive is specifically designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces exhibiting slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. It works seamlessly on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and other absorbent substrates including concrete. Our product effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous substrates.

This critical function prevents the leveling layer's moisture from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding substrates, this product is not suitable for reinforcement and requires shot blasting. Sand the surface and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Start by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or according to substrate absorption, and apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
